By accessing or using the ServiceRig platform at servicerig.io and app.servicerig.io (the “Service”), operated by ServiceRig, Inc. (“ServiceRig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ServiceRig is a multi-tenant field service management platform that connects home service businesses with their customers. The Service includes scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, customer relationship management, referral rewards, and communication tools.
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
When you submit a service request through our platform (including referral forms, booking forms, or other intake methods), you authorize the relevant service provider to contact you regarding your request via phone, email, or other means you have provided.
SMS/Text Message Consent. If you opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you agree to receive automated text messages from the service provider at the phone number you provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service notifications, and referral program updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may submit a service request without opting in to text messages — the service provider will contact you through other means.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your mobile information.
The Referral Rewards Program allows enrolled customers to earn cash back by referring new customers to participating service providers. Program terms, cash-back rates, and redemption options are subject to change. Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any specific earnings. Referrers must comply with applicable laws and must not engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices when sharing referral codes.
Payments for services are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store raw credit card information. Pricing for services is determined by the individual service provider, not by ServiceRig.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ServiceRig, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ServiceRig does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. ServiceRig is a technology platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed by home service businesses using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceRig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
