By accessing or using the services provided by EZFlow Plumbing Solutions through the ServiceRig platform at app.servicerig.io (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EZFlow Plumbing Solutions uses the ServiceRig platform to manage service requests, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, payments, customer communications, and referral rewards. The platform connects you with EZFlow Plumbing Solutions for home service needs.
When you submit a service request through our platform (including referral forms, booking forms, or other intake methods), you authorize EZFlow Plumbing Solutions to contact you regarding your request via phone, email, or other means you have provided.
SMS/Text Message Consent. If you opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from EZFlow Plumbing Solutions at the phone number you provided. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, billing reminders, service notifications, and customer support communications. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may submit a service request without opting in to text messages — EZFlow Plumbing Solutions will contact you through other means.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your mobile information.
The Referral Rewards Program allows enrolled customers to earn cash back by referring new customers to EZFlow Plumbing Solutions. Program terms, cash-back rates, and redemption options are subject to change. Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any specific earnings. Referrers must comply with applicable laws and must not engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices when sharing referral codes.
Payments for services are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store raw credit card information. Pricing for services is determined by EZFlow Plumbing Solutions.
The ServiceRig platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ServiceRig, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without express written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EZFlow Plumbing Solutions and ServiceRig do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZFlow Plumbing Solutions and ServiceRig, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
